The best diet

How to choose your best diet when you are overwaight now ? Well you can try to many options but which one is the best for you ?
You should know that you can't just stop eating at all! Eating is really nedded for all of us - even is you are overweight!
You should eat five small meal a day. You should eat regullary or try to do this.
Of course you need to excersie if you wanna lost your waight. You do not have to go gym  - you can also excerise at home. Just 20 minutes per day is enough to keep you fit. If you have some extra money you can also buy some gym equipment but is not esstential for you.
Do not forget to walk ! Go by bus no by a car to work . Maybe you can buy a dog?- you will have another resaon to go out and walk for a little. Besides that dog is the best human's friend!
